Shiro Arashi [WIP]

Sealed Descrition Shiro Arashi is usually kept in a black scabbard when sealed. The black scabbard has a silver ring at the bottom of it, a long with two black bands toward the bottom. The actual sword while sealed has a black handle. The handle is made out of a very comfortable letter. There is a grey diamond pattern on the handle.. The hilt of the blade is made out of a black steal. This same type of black seal is shown on the guard of the blade too. Above the guard is where the sword begins. Between the sword and the guard is gold that protects that helps keep the katana attached. From that gold piece, the sword extends up to 28 inches, having a fair amount of range.

Shikai Description: After saying the release term the Zanpakuto, Shiro Arashi, The handle will glow and turn white instead of black. The pattern on the handle will be black diamonds instead of the grey diamonds already on there. The golden piece between the blade and the guard will turn silver. As this change occurs sparks come out of the actual blade.
Shikai Special Ability:  This Shikai allows the user to generate electricity from his weapon. The electricity this uses can be forcefully exerted from the blade to either create large blast from the blade, or generate electricity from the blade. THe only bad part about this ability is the user cannot manipulate external sources of electricity. Since the user can transmit electricity from he can produce high voltages of electricity to create shields or forcefields around him.

Attributes: Attack, Electricity, instant
' Effect ' The user holds his blade above his head straight up. Then the blade will expel electricity creating a circle around the user. This shield is clearly visible due to the bright amounts of electricity. It can be used to defend against level 75 Kiddos at max. In addition it can be used to block a single Shikai attack. Through regular means a person cannot just walk into this circle without the possibility of being electrocuted. The main drawback of this ability is that the user must stand stationary when creating this sphere.

Bankai: Tenpenchii
Bankai Description: After saying "Bankai" the clouds will turn grey and a lightning storm will come around the region. Unlike regular lightning storms, the lightning from this storm will be white. What happens next is described in the user's special abilities.
[/u]Bankai Special Ability:[/u] The second ability while in the state of Bankai is completely different. The blade will have lightning sparks flying out of it. THe users eyes turn blue and the user becomes a walking generator of lightning. As long as he is holding his Zanpakuto he can channel the electricity from his blade onto his body. The only thing about this is that he must be holding his Zanpakuto. The Zanpakuto will allow the user to electrocute anything that is that comes in contact with it that can conduct or hold electricity inside of it. People using Shunpo that come in contact will have there Shunpo decreased by one level if they come in contact due to the neurons being electrocuted by the blade. This special ability is quite a deadly one.
