Description:
The Mechanism itself is first compressed in a form of a large Claymore sword, The blade isn't meant to be used in combat, it takes such a form because it makes unraveling simple. The Blade is 4 Feet wide and 12 feet Long. It's incredibly bulk as it contains, folded up, various wires, motherboards and exterior instruments that make up the Machine. The blade does not appear as a normal Claymore, it seems more like a Machine taking the form of a Claymore, like a bitch ass Decepticon/Transformer trying to blend in. It's overall color scheme is grey and black and it's made of a strong enough steel to prevent it from being opened/destroyed prematurely. To Open this wonderful Jack in the box you'll need a remote, one can be provided to you in the form on DNA Editing or a simple device made to only respond to the touch of the Owner of the device.

Once Unraveled, the Claymore's Exterior becomes a landscape for its contents, covering a large area (About the size of an average room). The center of the Claymore is immediately occupied by human sized Tower. The Tower is surrounded by wires and other essential yet small parts played out on the said Landscape. It seems like a large Machine, and it seems quite outdated in its appearance.

Ability:
The Limitation Area Replaces the bonds of Reiatsu based structures with an energy that mimics Reiatsu, but is free from the Tyranny of a Quincy's ability to manipulate Reiatsu. This effect only words on Structures taking a solid form such as Buildings, Items, or other physical structures and prevents said structures to be fused or augmented with any additional reiatsu.

The remaining rouge particles of reiatsu (the reiatsu in the air/atmosphere) are also converted to this Reiatsu replacement but as they're single particles they can be absorbed into an organic entity. It is unusable reiatsu however, so it cannot be fed into attacks that draw from the users Reiryoku and it cannot be augmented with someones reiryoku basically making it deadweight as it lowers the maximum amount of reiatsu the user allowed to take in.

A Glowing Pink Liquid, It comes in either a small edible capsule or a syringe.

Ability:
This drug isolates the part of your brain that you use to command your blut to switch to either Vein or Arterie and liberates it from your command. The drug takes control of that isolated part and becomes an instinct that uses your senses (without taking away from your abilties) in deciding when you do and do not want to switch your Blut from Defense to Offense. Not only that, but the transition penalty time is reduced to 0.15 seconds seamlessly giving you both incredible defense and offense. If you're fast enough to keep up with the drug, you can use the feeling of the transition as a sort of warning to incoming danger.

Duration/Post Usage: Infinite within the Topic (IG the drug wares off after a few days). After 8 Posts the Transition time starts increasing by one second every post until it's 3 seconds.

Ability:
The Himmelskörper is Eleven's attempt at playing God. It's a being Imitating Eleven. It has Eleven's memory, his strength, speed, intelligence and his reiatsu matches Eleven's. He appears as a Quincy too! Sadly the only thing he's missing is the ability to use Vollstandig. The Double is capable of, so long as Eleven is alive, regenerating his own body and requires absolutely nothing but reiatsu to do so. He's beyond death, his life is tied to Eleven and so long as Eleven is alive; The Himmelskörper is basically immortal.

LAQ, I don't quite understand, but from what I did, you're basically limiting a Quincy's power to nothing?

Rasch Blut, there needs to be drawbacks to this, how many pills do you get per sale, because otherwise, this would become expensive very quickly. Ify about the timing, I'm pretty sure the blut system uses posts not seconds, but I can double check at a later date

Heavenly Vessel gets a no from me, someone else can take a look at it if they want, but I'm not approving that by any means.

Aright aright let's work this out,

LAQ Basically eliminates Verbrauch, and all of it's variants. It makes reiatsu pretty useless if not cumbersome.

If it is switched between posts for Rasch Blut, Would it be acceptable if I were allowed to reduce the time to switching to: within posts adding in the same time restraints?

When I created Heavenly Vessel I had Bount Dolls in mind, perhaps we can make it work if you point out what about it screams 'Denied'.

We don't allow immortality, at all, not even in inventions. Inventions are still bound by the banned and restricted lists, certain things are just more likely to be given slack. Immortality isn't one of them.
