Darius vs Brink

The day was young and the sun shown from the north in an elegant display of bright reds and oranges. It was a Sunday night, and like most other places on Earth on a Sunday, the hustle and bustle normally seen was not present. It was like a figurative ghost town except for one person, who happened to be sitting a long a small black park bench just outside of Fushiyama Yo-ken park on the outskirts of Tokyo. The man was adorned with a lavish garb of a white and blue suit with matching white penny loafers. He was dressed to the nines and one might perceive the man as being dressed for a momentous occasion, yet, this was the man's normal style of dress.

" Not a single damn thing is going on...I hate Sunday patrols..."

Darius took in a deep breathe as he continue to walk to and fro. He could smell the sweet Jasmine and Sakura and it mentally allowed Darius to drift off into his own thoughts. He had been patrolling for some time yet, nothing seemed to be of any interest to the young Quincy. As he brought himself back into the current moment, he had begun to allow the boredom to overtake him. " My kingdom for some action....I thought by becoming a Sternritter I could fight more then before....Dammit!" He would hop and down for a moment shadow boxing out of sheer apathy to correct his situation. It was only around five in the early evening and Darius knew if he didn't find something to do soon, his shift which ended at eight would prove to be quite un-nerving.

Darius had been boxing for some time before he could feel a slight presence. His reiatsu perception was some of the best in the Quincy, and he could feel he was being watched. He would act natural for a few moments as he allowed his guns to form in hand. A blue hue igniting act as the edification that his weapons had been summoned. He would still continue to hop for a moment as he was feeling out exactly where the presence was coming from. " Come out...come out...little shinigami..."

His words hung in the air as he grasped both of his peacekeepers tightly. He was preparing himself for what might come and in turn allowed his fingers to hold fast slightly above each trigger. He allowed his breathe to remain rhythmic as he focused his power into his defensive Blut. " Why watch when we can talk?" He said playfully as a slight grin stretched across his mouth. The sides of his lips pushed up into his cheek bones as he was delighted by the thought of something interesting actually happening for once.

Brink would laugh, as the man would be yelling to himself I guess he would be trying to find the person watching him but that seemed rather useless or at least the way he was going about it. Brink would look as the man spawned two guns in his hand, which led to him wondering if he was quincy or maybe something else like a bount or fullbringer. Truly, it did not matter for this was entertaining the man he would stand up still hidden by the shadows that still loomed in the air. He would slowly walk from side to side spawning what seemed to be five clones in his place it was his shikai’s special ability and this would help him get his plan rolling for his hollow was getting in his head lately removing some of the mercy he once had.

He would call out a incantation to release his full strength this was someone he could feel would be a threat and seeing as he already is on the defensive he was rather surprised. "Son Goku: Dive back into your darkness". He would smirk as his hand wraps would now fade away and become a black mist wrapping his body he would solidify the five clones now standing in front of him and send them off to attack the man which they would shunpo over surrounding him the five clones would be throwing random kicks and punches to distract him.

While they were doing that, he would cast his favorite technique “shadow vengeance". It was a rather simple thing but worked perfect for a man like this who pulled guns on someone he yet even knew. He would have made not of his shadow as he jumped up and down before sending his clones to attack it was now being made as a perfect replica of his. This fight was over brink would stab the man’s shadow in the heart in turn killing the man for real it was a strange technique but it was for people he truly had not time or really felt like fighting.

He would seal his sword back to shikai seeing as this fight was over there was no way of dodging this attack it was instant and no matter where the man moved his shadow would always stay the same for this fight was over the moment he released his bankai. Furthermore, even before that when the man spawned his guns it was silly to do which made him question why he did so in the beginning shunpoing into the distance he would walk away this man now finished before he truly could do anything with his life.

“Hostility is never the true answer to prosperity.”

He would smirk walking with his hands in his pocket not truly caring what the people of the world would think when morning came and the man was laying there dead it was not his concern anymore nor did he care to begin with.

Darius was high on his guard while the man had chose to attack. Darius could feel a momentary sudden flare of a decently strong Reiatsu. Darius took this as a sign that something was to come, and he in turn raised his own reiatsu in preparation for what was coming. Almost as if by psychic predisposition, his hunch was correct. The clones came as if out of the ether and as they approached he followed as many as he could with his eyes. As they came in, the young Quincy would use Hirenkyaku to launch himself up off the ground and in the air above just before they would reach him. Reappearing high in the air above, he watched as the events below unfolded.

" You sneaky...sneaky..person....."

Darius said playfully as he felt a greater increase in power coming from a singularly fixed point. As he would begin falling to the ground, he would smile as he twisted his bracelet then causing a massive pylon of white and blue energy to erupt from him. The pylon of energy would completely engulf a relatively large spherical space around him as his Vollstandig came to form. The fight was truly underway now, as Darius' Reiatsu had begun to stabilize. The massive white gloves along his fists had begun to absorb the ambient Reishi around him as the had come to their full working capability. Without taking a moment of hesitation, he had sent off towards the massive power increase. As he moved, his massive Reiatsu reigned down on the area as an outward manifestation of the inner Reiryoku that had been laying dormant that entire time. As he would come into the desired location, the Reishi was beginning to plump his fists up and they would begun to glow. Upon reaching the man, he would throw a single solid punch in an attempt to catch them off guard.
