Kido Info: Hiraishin no Kugyou is devastating in every sense of the word. This particular Hado spell calls forth a massive blast of lightning from the heavens down unto those deserving of judgment. The spell can either be initiated immediately or after a time delay before being released by the word (Strike). There are some obvious signs of the spell about to be used. The skies usually darken, and gather storm clouds, forming a vortex in the heavens. A bolt of lightning will strike the opponent moving at the speed of sound, in any case lightning fast. The blast of lightning covers up a 20 meter wide area, aiming to vanquish that which is struck, as it electrocutes those struck, causing burns and effectively incapacitating those struck for up to 4 posts. The interesting thing about this kido, is that it can be evaded via a well timed Shyunpo or another equivalent of said technique. The Kido can be used 1 time (Post) before a cool down of 7 posts. This technique borders on the level of forbidden, as it takes a great deal of Reiatsu. No spells above level 60 can be used for at least 4 posts after this particular Kido have been used.

Incantation: Master of the heavens, king of the earth rejoice and take a gander at the fallen. The wolf snarls and the raven takes flight. The blood of the sinners’ flows and the heart of the wicked crumble before the might of the titans. Zeus cast his hand out and his bidding be done.

How long would a person be paralyzed?
You say it takes a great deal of reiatsu, would a person be unable to perform a certain level of kido for the cool down limit or something? How do you rule that part in?

Overall great kido and I think those are the only problems I see.
