Appearance:
His Hair is short and silver, never kept in a particular style and it's always straight. Thick Strands usually hang in front of his blue eyes which glow unnaturally. His facial features compliment his eyes as they don't take away any attention from the devil's blues and his expression is often too subtle for any complicated interpretations, nothing abnormal about them stick out; perfect teeth, naturally sweet scent and his breath smells of mints and chocolate. He usually seems serious or in desperate need of a joke and this appearance hardly changes no matter his mood. He has a soft voice to compliment his stable demeanor as well.

His Physique is average. He's far from chubby in any aspect of the word. He's also tall; standing at 6'7". The features of his body appear narrow within his clothing unless he's wearing something loose and baggy (which he rarely does). He has no noticeable scars or tattoo's on his body, nor does he have any extra appendages where they shouldn't be.

His attire is usually the Quincy Uniform; a German military outfit, along with a grey hooded cape. His outfit is completely white with black embroils(?) and he wears white leather gloves. His Uniform fits him perfectly showing little skin and leaving enough to the imagination regarding his body. Although one would be more concerned with the man's face than they would his outfit as it demands the attention.

Personality:
Scorpio is at first glance, a sensible guy. He displays manners, empathy and restraint. His face doesn't reveal much about him other than his ability to remain composed. This is how he is around fellow Quincy however, it's a front for his extremely vile nature. While his face doesn't change despite his mood, it makes switching from the calm and almost reasonable Human Mask to the cold blooded Quincy that he is almost impossible to catch until the moment he allows it to surface. He is very in control of his emotions so it's not intentional, his tolerance threshold for other people is very low, he doesn't enjoy wasting too much time being cordial towards anyone he might intend to kill which for him could be anyone at any moment.

For him, his purpose in life is to make anything and everything bendable, this means nothing can truly be beyond his knowledge, he's intuitive and has intelligence that rarely finds rivalry. He has no sympathy and often in his lab setting reveals how pretentious and uncaring he really is. He feels as if he should one day take the place of God and plans on somehow developing a weapon capable of piercing the heavens. Any event or phenomena to him is insignificant unless it transcends his ability to understand anything.

He's usually quiet, reluctant to talk unless he's spoken to, and seems extremely loyal and dedicated to the Vandenreich. His own loyalties however, lie with him and only him. He's selfish and only thinks about his own needs when he does something. If anyone but him benefits from one of his actions, it wasn't meant to be so.

In battle the Quincy doesn't take any risks, he is not the type to pick out battles either. If it were up to him, his opponents would be killed before a 'battle' could even ignite. Straight forward physical power is completely boring, as it's easy to overcome a physical obstacle, which is why he'll focus his energy on challenging his enemy with mentally and/or emotionally demanding obstacles.

Once Upon A Time

History:

December 11th, A baby was born in Japan, Nawasika within the ranks of the Bushin; a small rebellion force opposing the rule of Jin Hai, a Military commander who (with the help of the governing parties) took control of Nawasaki's populace and subjected them to torture, unrealistic labor and overall tyranny that demanded both their undying loyalty and service to his Name. Slowly, the tyrant became more and more comfortable with being in charge, so much so after nearly a year stationed in Nawasaki he decided to go rouge naming the Nawasaki Population his military force and in one swoop making them the enemies of the state and giving them no choice but to rely on his resources in order to prevent eradication. At this point the Bushin disbanded seeing no further purpose for their existence and Nawasaki as well as their residents became slave to Jin's rule.

December 11th, The birthday of the Quincy everyone worshiped as a King the moment he was born. His lineage of course was hidden from all except his loving mother but his birth cost her, her life, so the truth about the boy died with her temporarily. The boy's birth wasn't what everyone celebrated, it was the death of Ariel Stevens; who held a high standing among the Nawasaki natives. Her death gave everyone the push needed to oppose Jin, and the birth of Ariel's son gave them hope. They, as a community, decided that they would raise the boy to become the voice of Nawasaki; a role they thought his mother would have wanted him to fill.

December 11th, Jin is killed by the Nawasaki natives, and to keep the Japanese military from oppressing them at their most vulnerable they delivered the Commanders head to the General. They accepted the gesture as a sign that they wanted to, from the start, dispose of Jin Hai. With a horrible chapter in Nawasaki's history shut, it seemed as if the community could look forward to a more stabilized future. Of course, they were wrong.

One Year Later, They decided to give the boy a name. Eleven, named after the day he was born, the day his mother died, the day Nawasaki returned to freedom and redeemed themselves in Japan's eyes. He had multiple parents now, he wasn't a child of a single or a couple of people; he was now Nawasaki's son. He represented their bright future. His birth was special in many ways for Nawasaki, but they weren't alone in the thought.

Kigre Lez Krall, the Commander of the Quincy Invading force felt, a year ago, a flicker of Quincy Reiatsu spark to life in Japan. He dismissed it as perhaps an anomaly of sorts leaving it to a subordinate to investigate. After years of searching and tracking said subordinate found the so called anomaly in the form of a child. Healthy, strong and of pure Quincy blood apparently. The soldier reported his discovery to the Commander who immediately decided that the boy must join his Majesty's army. He took a small force back to Nawasaki to eliminate any trace of the boy's previous existence; mercilessly slaughtering anyone whose memory imprint couldn't be manipulated and taking poor Eleven back to the Shadow Palace of the Quincy.

Unaware of the origins of his past, Eleven was raised with a new name; Lukas Eggar given to him by the man who assumed the role of his father; Kigre. He was raised knowing nothing but war, and was instilled with hate and contempt for Both Shinigami and Hollows in all forms. He was raised to be merciless and to be effectively lethal. His status as a pure blood Quincy Kept him from becoming a mere Soldat in the Vandenreich; instead he was going to be raised to fit in the shoes of a Stern Ritter. His role in his Majesty's army was predetermined.

Among the Quincy Army he was considered one of the deadliest when he turned 15. Not because of his fighting ability but because of his vast knowledge. The role he was fit into was one that countered creation; the opposition to life and it's extensions. Basically he was Gods' bane; and he was given the Letter D for Devil for this very reason. He was now on the Quincy army, which meant a sure loss for the Shinigami.

He wasn't a fighter, that much was obvious. While he had the skills to match a Captain, he spent his time in laboratories creating various weapons and counter measures to combat the Shinigami. One day, a Shinigami Assassin team found him to be a huge threat. How they obtained information on his was unknown but they seized the opportunity to attack him when he traveled to the Human world for various tests. There he was confronted by several Shinigami who attempted, and failed at capturing him. The fight they had left him severely weak although he managed to kill all but 2 Shinigami. He was too injured to run away or finish the remaining shinigami off. But instead of finishing him off, the Shinigami rendered him unconscious and took him back to Soul Society.

When he came to, he faced a woman shinigami, who seemed to be a Lieutenant. She had most of his features; silver hair, blue eyes and her facial expression almost made him feel like he was looking into a mirror. "Hello Scorpio." She addressed him as if she knew him. Then revealed that he was his mother and a very dedicated Shinigami who was unfortunate enough to become impregnated by a pureblood Quincy who's existence was unimportant to the two of them. She told him about the name she wanted to give him when he was born and how he was supposed to grow up with a normal life away from Quincy and Shinigami and how the Quincy ripped that decision away from him. It didn't matter to him, what was done was done and he didn't care at all, he was a Stern Ritter now and he was doing what he loved to do, he had purpose and reason. His mother understood and respected his wishes and at the risk of being executed for Treason; helped him to escape vowing that if they crossed paths again she would be forced to kill him. They were going to be enemies from that moment forth.

December 11th, 17 years ago, Jin is assassinated by a mob of angry Nawasaki natives. They've gotten tired of his tyranny and desire to be free from his binds. Left behind, a boy. A boy who's mom died giving birth to another kid and who was forgotten about the moment that boy was born. The boy's life had no purpose, stolen by a child who seemed to have gained everything in the shadow of his loss. He no longer had purpose, or freedom. She gave him purpose, however, he was going to become a cloud of despair that devoured flesh, bone, steel and war. His name was Scorpio, he was born on December 11th and his brother; September 13th.
