[u]Class 95 Hado
Incantation Wrath that shatters bones, pride that drowns fears. Numbers reduced until absolute, time and space at a stand still. Yet let the woes of thy enemies double until infinity.
[' Rei is completely simple, it's a straight shot blast of extreme explosiveness. First the user says the incantation (but of course someone can skip it using Ishōhaki or Kōjutsu Eishō) then their able to fire an intense and huge wave of energy towards any direction it's aimed. The user can fire the beam from either their hands, feet, mouth or fingers. As stated the beam is huge, being about 25 meters in width and length and able to travel up to 50 meters before it fades away. Of course being a level 95 kido it can wreck all. Rei has no color, it's completely clear and reflects the colors around it. No it isn't invisible, it just is see-through. After using it which ever limb the beam is fired from is numb and rendered ineffective for 5 post (unless healed). ']

Idk, how fast would a level 95 kido be allowed?

This blast is too wide, too long, unsure on speed. Travels too far. Almost impossible to dodge at this rate. Yama-ji sacrificed his left arm to be able to use a level 96. This kido of yours seem to have no drawbacks or weaknesses to it. These things needs to be taken into consideration please.

It's a one shot and I'm trying to make it counter a C0 Cero, I'll add drawbacks though.

Yes. But Cero Oscura is not that huge of a blast. That aspect needs toning down big time. While powerful. CO is still the standard size of a cero.
