Kagamino is a massive police-state like country of unknown size in Japan in the Human World. It is situated 22Km east of Karakura Town. The northside of Kagamino is more open, compared to the congested central area. Kagamino city is where the Human Organization Xctinction usually gather.
This is a heavily fortified large white abandoned religious asylum that was modified into a work-place and training facility for members of Xtinction. However, the other half of the facility is rumored to be used for torture, though nothing has been concrete about this. From the outside it looks like a castle. There are numerous blocks floating around, as it is a security system. It is practically impossible to find by those without awakened spiritual powers. It is rumored to be somewhere near Karakura Town.
The Central area of Kagamino is the most congested, and its where most spirits choose to make their presence known. The central area houses more humans compared to the less populated Northside of the city. The central area is a good 30km from northside.
